Shipping & Pickup Policy
How your printing gets from our shop to your hands.
Turnaround
Most standard jobs are produced within 48 hours of approved artwork and payment. Large runs, specialty finishes, and custom projects may take longer — we'll confirm the timeline with your quote.
Local pickup
Pickup is free at our shop: 2413 North Broad Street, Selma, Alabama 36701. We'll call or email when your order is ready.
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Tues – Thurs: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: Closed (AI receptionist still answers)
- Sunday: Closed (AI receptionist still answers)
Shipping
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping is quoted per order based on weight, size, and destination, and is added to your approved total before payment. Once your order ships we'll send tracking information by email.
Delivery estimates from the carrier are not guaranteed. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control, but we'll help you track down anything that goes missing.
Damaged or missing shipments
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit or missing, contact us within 7 days at (901) 799-6055 or tbgprintshop@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
